We are a software team of startup veterans that brings minimum viable product (MVP) builds to market (and to revenue) quickly. We do this by shipping apps in a 100 days or less.
Software moves quickly. Instead of locking into a particular stack with full time hires we allow founders to quickly pivot technology stacks with a distributed network of developers.
Not all software feature ideas are great (or, even good).
One of they ways we cut through the noise is by isolating features that are expensive, clunky, or don’t provide user-value. We are disciplined in trimming early (even when it’s painful), so that we can validate quickly.
Scoping is quickly defining ideas, iterating on them, and letting the creme rise to the top. In general terms, we scope in three phases. We map features to user stories to make sure our features solve problems for our users. Next, we map those user validated features to technical infrastructure needed to support them. Finally, glue everything together through wireframes.
